JPS News Flash

In the last few weeks, Titus has released several new grilles and diffusers. Two of these new products are the S300 series supply grilles designed for mounting directly to round spiral duct without using saddles, and the S8 perforated return, also designed to be tapped directly off round spiral ducts.

Titus also introduced the TurboFuser high capacity nozzle diffuser, designed for spot cooling applications.

S300F, S301F, S8 SPIRAL DUCT GRILLES

These new grilles will reduce material, labor, and installation costs by eliminating the sheet metal tap or saddle that is used to provide a flat surface for mounting a standard grille. The Spiral series utilizes radiused end caps, allowing the grille to be directly tapped into the duct.

Standard features include aluminum construction, factory curved to match 6" to 36" duct, and air-tight gaskets. Optional features include anodized finishes and factory installed air scoop damper/extractors for volume control.

TURBO-FUSER

Also new to the Titus line is the TurboFuser -- a nozzle spot diffuser engineered for spot cooling applications. The TurboFuser is a versatile diffuser great for use in industrial applications, or as an aesthetic alternative to conventional air distribution, providing a contemporary look for sports complexes, atriums, lobbies and manufacturing plants.

The TurboFuser features heavy duty steel or all aluminum construction, and deep deflection rings in each nozzle for maintaining directional control at high velocity up to 30 degrees in any direction. Nozzles are available in 6", 8", 10", 12" and 14" diameters with up to four nozzles per panel.
